Vocrom operates with a strict data minimization architecture. Because Vocrom is a self-hosted platform script deployed on your own infrastructure, all customer identity records, transaction ledgers, and database backups remain entirely within your private server environment.
2. Information Collected by Software Vendor
When purchasing software licenses or downloading patches from Vocrom, we collect only necessary billing metadata: full name, business entity name, corporate email address, and authorized license domain. We do not inspect, log, or store your end users' personal data or wallet private keys.
3. Cryptographic Storage Standards
Sensitive credentials, API secrets, and extended public key tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256-CBC cryptographic ciphers within the application layer. Database credentials and environment settings are kept strictly isolated from public web directories.
4. Zero Sale of Personal Data
We never sell, rent, monetize, or broker personal information to advertisers or third-party data brokers. Software telemetry is strictly limited to cryptographic license key verification and security patch checks.
5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
